  • Lead and manage key Modern Trade and E-Commerce accounts to drive sustainable business growth.
  • Develop and execute strategic business plans tailored to each key account to achieve sales, revenue, and market share targets.
  • Strengthen partnerships with key customers through effective negotiations, joint business planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ensure the successful execution of promotional activities, in-store activations, and e-commerce campaigns in alignment with brand objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure timely product availability and distribution.
  • Drive online sales by working closely with e-commerce platforms and retailers to optimize product listings, promotions, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Analyze e-commerce performance metrics and recommend data-driven strategies to enhance conversion rates and sales performance.
  • Work closely with trade marketing, and finance teams to develop and execute customer-specific initiatives.
  • Coordinate with field sales teams to ensure seamless execution of in-store and online promotions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in customer development, key account management, or sales, preferably in FMCG or beverage industries.
  • Strong knowledge of Modern Trade and E-Commerce business models and sales strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Fluency in Burmese and English is preferred.
  • A valid driving license and driving ability are required.
