An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Provide prompt and professional support to users via phone, email, or chat
  • Guide customers on how to use software features effectively
  • Document and track user issues using support tools (e.g., ticketing system)
  • Collaborate with the QA and development teams to report bugs and usability issues
  • Assist with software testing before releases (UAT or internal testing) to ensure product quality
  • Conduct basic troubleshooting and help replicate customer-reported issues
  • Follow up with clients to ensure full resolution and satisfaction

Job Requirements

  • Experience must be one year in IT related field.
  • Strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Basic knowledge of software systems or a strong willingness to learn
  • Ability to perform simple functional testing and report findings clearly
  • Organized and capable of handling multiple support requests efficiently
  • Prior experience in customer support or QA is an advantage
  • Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
