The role holder is responsible for operation technical support, testing for new release/fix and project, Troubleshooting the issue and reporting.

Performing to simulate the issues and testing to issue cases in UAT and Pre-Production environment before deployment to release in Production.

Troubleshooting the issue and fixing related card network systems

Troubleshooting (Visa,MasterCard,MPU,CUP,JCB) Network Connection Issue

Providing necessary data and log to check the issues for vendors and deploy the release to fix the issues in Production

Providing workaround solution for issue to smooth daily operation

Develop technical documentation including user manuals, procedure documents and design documents

Providing technical expertise to internal departments on payment-relatedLiaise with external vendors regarding payment systems issues

Preparing the test cases related Issuing and Acquiring New Product and Changes

Running the new projects related with Payment systems

Network migration support for (Visa, MasterCard, MPU, CUP, and JCB)

EMV Certifications for (MasterCard, Visa, UPI and JCB)

PCI-DSS compliance for POS terminals

Testing the patches for new requirements and fix of POS Devices

Managing the tickets in Vendor’s JIRA

Managing and Generation HSM Keys for POS/ATM

Testing for new patches related Compliance of Issuing and Acquiring - card schemes (Visa, MasterCard, MPU, CUP, ,JCB)

Support the UAT testing to eCom Merchants

Support the UAT testing for new product and changes of i/mBanking, ISS and ACQ

Supporting for Daily Operation Functions , Settlement and Reconciliation

Provide the production support. If required, out-of-office hour support is needed.
