Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support sales and business development decisions in a fast-paced FMCG environment. You will transform raw data into clear insights, improve reporting accuracy, and help teams track performance across Yangon and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze sales and market data to support business decisions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports with clear trends, insights, and recommendations.
• Monitor sales performance by product, channel, and territory to identify opportunities.
• Maintain data accuracy across spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.
• Work with sales and business development teams to improve reporting and forecasting.
• Support management with ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and presentation materials.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting, or sales support in FMCG is preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or similar tools is an advantage.
• Good analytical thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to present data clearly and communicate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience level: Experienced Non-Manager.
• Based in Yangon; able to work in Hlaingtharya.
