Job Purpose

The role holder is responsible for data analysis and provide the results to the management team, and business unit heads for their decision-making. The role holder is also responsible for supporting the bank’s strategies and initiatives to provide an effective and engaging digital customer on boarding experience, expand the agent and merchant networks, and drive the usage of mobile and digital applications, in order to achieve economic and social development in Myanmar through nation-wide financial inclusion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in developing data collection and management process to win the digital business strategy
• Collect data and examine it to spot trends that can be used to make business decisions
• Provide reliable data with in-depth analysis by focusing on the desired results quickly and in time
• Efficiently use the data for regular and ad hoc analysis/reports
• Collaborate with quality control analysts to ensure credit processes meet the bank standards and guidelines
• Analyze opportunities and risks encountered and occurring in the future
• Support digital/sales/business teams to develop KPIs and reporting metrics
• Carry out any other duties/projects, which may rise and assigned by Supervisor from time to time.

• University degree in a related discipline or other relevant qualifications
• Highly motivated, strong creativity and good analytical skills
• Good interpersonal skills, team oriented
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as credit/business/data analyst (or) related fields
• Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SQL to build various kinds of reporting and data analysis
