  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Educate and facilitate the system for clear understanding and single reference
  • Provide support as appropriate to ensure everyone is onboard in time
  • Monitor, control and improvement the compliance of all-in-one system throughout the organization
  • Coordinate accounting staff and assess their performance
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Coordinating accounting functions and programs.
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
  • Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure.
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Mini (3 or 4 ) Yrs work experience as a finance Deputy Manager or senior level
  • More preferred bachelor in financial or Master degree in financial
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
  • Knowledge of software and MS Office
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Strong leadership and personnel management skills
  • Analytical skills with detail orientation
  • Able to work at Naypyidaw
