Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Conduct on-site feasibility studies, investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other).
  • Manage site works, develop, create detailed drawings that meeting technical specification and requirements and maintain projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner.
  • Provide advice for civil and structure requirements and solve creatively any emerging problems, have knowledge dealt with MEP works.
  • To prepare project planning, budget estimating, RFP, Delivery Contract, Monitor site progress and compile reports in project status to meet the deadlines.
  • Liaise with contractors and end users to meet the facilities requirements, Able to do multitask with a strong understanding of core manager duties.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder of Civil Engineering over 6 years of experience.
  • Excellent practice knowledge of relevant HSE rules and regulations.
  • Conflict resolution and conflict management experience with excellent knowledge of construction material and equipment.
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite, Auto CAD Skills, E Tabs Skills and English Language skill are essential.
  • Willingness to collaborate with other team members, can work under pressure, other ad-hoc duties for JO works.
