Must be able to use Social Media (Facebook Page) professionally and be able to speak elegantly to customers' queries.- Must be able to write content ideas to effectively increase audiences for Facebook Pages- Planning of marketing activities/campaigns.- To make Merchandising Budget lists once a month- Must work on Marketing Admin- If you need to investigate about the digital part, you must be able to submit a detailed investigation- Ability to meet deadlines.- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping- If the Sales Support (Lower) teams must go to the Road Show, they must request approval for the necessary POSM / Trip Budget.- Weekly and Monthly Content Calendar Update Plan & Monthly Post Report- Must be able to supervise Sales Promoter employees- Able to under pressure- Share ideas with the team.- Report and check customer feedback.
