1. Collaborate with the digital marketing team and marketing staff to develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

2. Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and customer preferences to inform digital marketing initiatives.

3. Offer expert advice and guidance to digital marketers and marketing staff on the latest digital marketing tools, techniques, and best practices.

4. Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for optimization to enhance ROI and achieve KPIs.

5. Assist in developing content strategies for various digital platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and alignment with brand values.

6. Provide insights and recommendations for search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) strategies to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.

7. Advise on social media marketing strategies to maximize engagement, increase followership, and foster community growth across various social media channels.

8. Collaborate on email marketing campaigns, offering guidance on segmentation, content creation, and optimization to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.

9. Utilize digital analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives, preparing regular reports and insights for stakeholders.

10. Conduct training sessions and workshops for digital marketers and marketing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in digital marketing practices.

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.

2. Proven experience (5 years) in the Education field of digital marketing, focusing on strategy development, campaign management, and performance analysis.

3. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.

4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.

6. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to devise innovative digital marketing solutions.

7. Up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.

8. Experience in the education or language learning industry is preferred.
