Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales for the cafe.
  • Manage and execute marketing campaigns across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Research market trends, customer preferences, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify growth opportunities.
  • Create and manage content calendars, ensuring consistent and engaging content across all digital channels.
  • Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality promotional content.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using relevant analytics tools.
  • Manage online communities by responding to customer inquiries, comments, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all digital platforms.
  • Plan and promote seasonal campaigns, special offers, new menu launches, and cafe events.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in F&B, hospitality, or retail industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, and digital advertising.
  • Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics, and content scheduling tools.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and organizational skills.
