The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for managing and growing KBZPay's digital ecosystem across all owned and paid channels. This role drives digital channel growth, executes integrated marketing campaigns, optimizes digital performance, and ensures a consistent brand presence across platforms while leveraging data and insights to improve user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

 

1. Digital Channel Management

  • Manage KBZPay's official digital channels, including Website, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
  • Ensure all channels are up-to-date, consistent, and aligned with KBZPay's brand guidelines.

2. Digital Channel Growth

  • Develop and implement strategies to grow followers, subscribers, reach, engagement, and online communities across all digital platforms.
  • Monitor platform trends and identify new opportunities to increase organic growth and audience engagement.

3. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute digital marketing campaigns supporting product launches, campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule and achieve business objectives.

4. Performance Marketing

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, and other advertising platforms.
  • Monitor campaign budgets, performance, and ROI while working closely with media agencies and partners.

5. Website Management

  • Coordinate website updates and campaign landing pages.
  • Monitor website performance, user experience, SEO best practices, and traffic analytics.

6. Social Media Management

  • Manage digital content publishing schedules across all social media channels.
  • Coordinate with Content and Creative teams to ensure timely and effective campaign execution.
  • Monitor community engagement and recommend improvements.

7. Video & Content Distribution

  • Optimize the distribution of videos and digital content across different platforms based on platform-specific best practices.
  • Recommend suitable formats to maximize reach, engagement, and content performance.

8. Search & Digital Optimization

  • Support SEO, SEM, campaign tracking, UTM implementation, and digital analytics.
  • Continuously optimize digital touchpoints to improve discoverability and conversion.

9. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze digital channel and campaign performance.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights on audience growth, engagement, traffic, conversions, and campaign effectiveness.

10. Digital Innovation

  • Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, AI tools, new platform features, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend innovative digital initiatives that enhance customer engagement and business growth.

11. Stakeholder & Agency Management

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure effective execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain strong cross-functional coordination to support overall marketing and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Fluency in Myanmar and English (both written and verbal).

  • Must be able to type in Burmese (Zawgyi/Unicode) fluently for content review and community monitoring.

  • Proven 2–3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, Social Media Executive, or similar role, preferably in a marketing/advertising agency, FinTech, or telecom industry.

  • In-depth knowledge of digital platforms, social media trends, algorithms, and best practices (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Websites).

  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and brand guidelines.

  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for digital content, integrated campaigns, and product launches.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data from digital touchpoints and draw actionable insights.

  • Hands-on experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.

  • Proficient in campaign tracking, UTM implementation, SEO/SEM best practices, and website performance monitoring.

  • Provide regular reports and insights on digital channel and campaign performance, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

  • Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with internal cross-functional teams, creative departments, and external media agencies/vendors.

  • Tech-savvy with an agility to adapt to new digital marketing tools, AI features, and emerging industry trends.
