Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing decisions.
  • Create and manage marketing materials, including proposals, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Oversee social media accounts (Facebook, Tik Tok, Telegram, etc), ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with followers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Support the manager in coordinating events and promotional activities.
  • Supervise and train junior staff as needed.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree. (Preferred in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field).
  • 2-3 years of experience in marketing or a related field (esport, football, clinic, bar & restaurant, gold shop) with some supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital marketing, and social media strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
