Job Description

  • Plan, create, and publish TikTok content that aligns with brand direction.
  • Monitor performance using TikTok analytics and suggest improvements.
  • Track social trends and propose content idea for engagement growth.
  • Coordinate with influencer and internal teams for campaign execution.
  • Respond to comments and a positive social community.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Senior Management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  • A Diploma/Certificate in Digital Marketing or Social Media is preferred.
  • 1 or 2 years experience in social media content creation.
  • Skilled in short-form video editing tool.
  • Knowledge of TikTok trends and youth engagement strategies.
  • Creative mindset with good communication and analytical skills.
