A Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, implementing, and managing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, generate leads, and boost customer engagement. The role involves working across multiple digital channels including social media, SEO, email, content marketing, paid ads, and analytics.

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across different platforms (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).

  • Optimize content for website and social networking channels (SEO, SEM, SMO, SMM).

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement.

  • Create, edit, and publish engaging digital content (blogs, videos).

  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.

  • Collaborate with the design and content team to improve user experience.

  • Stay up to date with industry trends, new tools, and emerging technologies.

  • Report on campaign performance, metrics, and insights to management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1–3 years for executive level, more for senior positions).

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, etc.).

  • Hands-on experience with website analytics and reporting tools.

  • Familiarity with content management systems.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
