Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Develop and implement creative and datadriven digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Expand our customer base in Myanmar and internationally (SEA, Asia, Global).
  • Identify and target new digital markets and growth opportunities.
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns across platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (focus on boosting, reach, and engagement).
  • Come up with content ideas for photoshoots, reels, behindthe-scenes, influencer collabs, and product storytelling.
  • Work with content creators, designers, and video editors to produce eyecatching and brand-aligned content.
  • Monitor campaign performance using tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, etc.
  • Report weekly/monthly on key metrics and adjust strategies based on data insights.
  • Identify and collaborate with local and international influencers, fashion bloggers, or content creators for brand promotion.
  • Explore partnerships with other fashionrelated or lifestyle brands.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the brand’s digital identity and customer experience.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)

  • Good communication skills (English is a plus)

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, social media)

  • Knowledge of social media marketing (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram)

  • Ability to plan and execute promotions

  • Creative thinking for content ideas

  • Teamwork and coordination skills

  • Basic understanding of market research
