Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign data and monitor KPIs, including CPC, CPM, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
  • Conduct audience research and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
  • Prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop effective ad campaigns.

Job Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in media buying or digital advertising.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; Google Ads and TikTok Ads knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.
