Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Lead execution of marketing campaigns and promotional programs 
  • Develop campaign plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams 
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements 
  • Support annual marketing calendar planning and manage relationships with agencies and suppliers 
  • Monitor marketing budgets and campaign expenditures 
  • Coach and guide junior marketing team members 
  • Responsible for leading marketing initiatives, managing campaign execution, and optimizing marketing performance through effective planning, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field 
  • 3-5 years in marketing or related field 
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, marketing campaign management, budget planning and cost control 
  • Project management and communication skills 
  • Experience in campaigns from planning to execution 
  • Good analytical and reporting skills 
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Strong teamwork skills 
  • Office-based with occasional store visits 
  • May require travel to store locations across Myanmar
