Job Description:

• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop and implement digital projects
• Scope project requirements and prepare budget
• Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
• Provide end-to-end project management
• Planning digital campaigns from concept to delivery
• Acting as the key point of contact for clients and stakeholders
• Assessing working methods and processes and making recommendations for improvement of digital projects
• Deliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are met
• Reviewing project resources and providing an analysis on whether they meet the demands of the project
• Ensure all project related documentation are updated regularly and maintained in order for future reference
• Develop support documentation including risk logs and requirement specifications
• Communicate with the project team and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasks
• Managing client communications and expectations
• Highlight potential risks or deviations and act proactively to resolve issues
• Present and update Digital & Information Technology Steering committee on a regular basis on digital project status
• Seek opportunities for continuous improvement and suggest new projects

Requirements:

• 3+ years of proven experience working as a Digital Project Manager or in a similar role
• Experienced in a range of project management software including PRINCE2, Agile, and Waterfall
• Experience with managing the production schedule across an entire digital / web development cycle
• Experience managing large and complex digital projects, mobile and web apps
• Project experience in reporting and relating documentation
• Experience managing project roadmaps
• Effective people leadership and management skills to support an environment for high-functioning, productive, and engaged teams to operate
