  • Develop and maintain content calendars across all platforms (Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, Viber, Telegram, Instagram).
  • Brainstorm and execute creative campaigns (small and large), such as quizzes, games, and interactive posts, in collaboration with the digital team.
  • Monitor and oversee campaign timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages to build strong relationships with audiences.
  • Stay ahead of trends, including TikTok challenges, platform updates, and audience preferences.
  • Research and monitor rising and popular TikTok influencers and other relevant creators.
  • Conduct competitor analysis: monitor their social media activities, campaigns, promotions, and the KOLs/celebrities they engage with.
  • Post engaging and relevant content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Oversee and manage fan groups on Facebook to foster a strong, engaged community.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns and associated KOLs.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly analyses of digital marketing performance and provide actionable insights to the manager.
  • Track and report on engagement metrics, campaign success, and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee product listings, updates, and photos on e-commerce platforms and the company’s app.
  • Monitor e-commerce sales and ensure timely implementation of promotions.
  • Develop social media promotions to drive traffic and sales on e-commerce channels.
  • Manage fan and brand groups, ensuring active engagement and a positive brand image.
  • Address audience inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Create strategies to grow and nurture the online community.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor degree
  • Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with proven expertise in managing campaigns and platforms.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Business, and analytics platforms).
  • Adaptable and proactive in learning new digital trends and technologies.
