  • Marketing Executive will mainly responsible for develop company marketing strategy & marketing process and will get the ownership.
  • Conducting market research, surveys, and identifying new requirements & changes in the market, reports, and providing necessary recommendations to management for decision-making.
  • Need to parallel work with company social media platforms and increase the outreach.
  • To maintain the quality of the branches and the standards of the staff, in terms of developing company brand name and uniqueness.
  • To be handle and organize the company's marketing activities and campaigns , including social media marketing, identifies new business opportunities, and escalates to the business department.
  • Responsible to develop strong customer inquiry handling process and inquiry convention & monitoring process.
  • Conducting quarterly marketing audits and submitting feedbacks.
  • Preparing monthly marketing reports and submit.
  • Publish company activities internal & external and communicate to front line staff.
  • Collaborate with respective product owners and managers for external collaboration.

Maintain healthy relationship with internal departments.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in business development, sales is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of microfinance (or) financial industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good in Ms excel, Ms word  Ms power point and typing (English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
  • Fluent in English (Speaking and Written).
