We are looking to recruit a Dotcom Operations & Performance Marketer (Executive Level) for Samsung Myanmar’s digital platforms including website and main responsibilities for managing content publishing on samsung dotcom, data-driven marketing and e-store site management. The role involves supporting online business growth through effective content management, technical coordination, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage content updates on Samsung.com/mm in alignment with monthly content plans and new product launches (Mobile Experience and Consumer Electronics).
  •  Oversee e-Commerce operations and provide technical support for eStoreMyanmar.com, ensuring smooth functionality and customer experience.
  • Analyze and report website traffic using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics to support business decisions and retargeting strategies.
  • Coordinate with partners and internal teams to ensure quality assurance across e-Commerce platforms.
  • Support the execution of Samsung Members campaigns via the Samsung Members CMS.
  • Deploy targeted email marketing and push notifications through the Samsung CRM platform.

Job Requirements

- 3–5 years for mid-level
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (B.S. IT etc )
- Proven experience in digital content management and e-Commerce operation
- Proficiency in web analytics tools and Content/CRM platforms.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and communication skills
- Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Experience using design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD)
