About the Smart Kids Training Programme

The Smart Kids Training Programme is an internationally developed enrichment programme designed to nurture children's creativity, critical thinking, problem-solving, concentration, and visual perception.

The programme consists of three integrated learning series:

👀 Visual Perception

Aligned with international curricula, Smart Kids equips children with the essential skills they need to become confident learners, effective communicators, and future innovators.

Your Responsibilities
Develop partnerships with preschools, kindergartens, private schools, international schools, and learning centres across Myanmar.
Present and demonstrate the Smart Kids Training Programme to school leaders, teachers, and education partners.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with schools and educational institutions.
Identify new partnership opportunities and support programme expansion.
Participate in educational exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, partnerships, and outreach progress.

Bachelor's degree in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in Early Childhood Education (Kindergarten, Preschool, or Primary Years).
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for education and child development.
Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel for school visits and educational events.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience as a KG Teacher, Preschool Supervisor, Academic Coordinator, or School Leader.
Background in educational marketing, admissions, partnerships, or business development.
Experience delivering teacher training or educational workshops is an advantage.
