Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets and expand the client base.
Analyze sales performance metrics and implement adjustments to optimize results and address market trends.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and increase market presence.
Address and resolve complex client inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international universities, colleges, and educational institutions to secure favorable terms and enhance service offerings.
Network with community organizations, educational bodies, and industry professionals to promote the company’s services and foster collaboration.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards related to international education consultancy.
Oversee the documentation process for admissions, visa applications, and accommodation arrangements, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
