As part of our ongoing commitment to excellence and innovation in education, we are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist in EdTech/E-Learning to lead the development and integration of cutting-edge educational technologies and e-learning solutions. The Educational Specialist will also be responsible for leading the development of e-learning projects internally, to write manuscripts for the e-learning courses, and to communicate with and follow up with clients.  

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and implement e-learning modules and digital content that align with curriculum standards and educational goals. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including scriptwriters, designers, and e-learning developers, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality e-learning products that meet client expectations and project requirements. 

• Evaluate, select, and integrate a range of educational technologies, including LMS, digital assessment tools, and collaborative platforms, to enhance the learning experience. 

• Lead professional development initiatives, providing educators with training and support in adopting digital teaching strategies and educational technologies. 

• Conduct regular evaluations of e-learning technologies and methodologies, using data and feedback to drive improvements and innovation. 

• Ensure digital learning environments are inclusive and accessible, promoting educational equity. 

• Manage e-learning development projects. 

• Contribute to proposals and project design. 

• College/University Degree in Education Technology, Instructional Design, Educational Psychology, or related field. 
• Demonstrated experience in educational technology, instructional design, or a similar role. 
• Strong foundation in pedagogical theories and practices, especially in the context of digital learning. 
• Proficient in various educational technologies and digital learning platforms. 
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills. 
• English proficiency
