Job Brief

To ensure the safe, reliable and efficient operation maintenance and improvement of electrical systems and production machinery in the factory, minimizing electrical breakdowns and production downtime. Completing preventive maintenance schedules; troubleshooting, restoring, repairing or replacement faulty or inoperative electrical components.

• Electrical maintenance for electrical systems control panels and distribution systems.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot motors, contactors relays, VFDs, sensors and control circuits.
• Support electrical maintenance of production machines and coordinate with production operators during machine breakdowns.
• Supervise and maintain electrical PM schedules and checklists.
• Inspect electrical panels, cables, motors, grounding and protection devices.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and implement LOTO (Lockout/Tagout) before electrical maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports.
• Report major electrical problems to the M&E Asst; Manager.
• Perform other assigned duties if required.

• Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (B.Tech or AGTI - EP) or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing / production factory as electrical engineer is preferred.
• Safety awareness, teamwork, communication, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Active and result based performance are needed
• Motivation, Managerial Skill & Analytical Skill is must.
