Job Title: Electrical Installation Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Electrical Installation Engineer to support electrical installation and power-quality improvement related projects at Synergy Power Innovation Co., Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising electrical installation works, ensuring technical quality and safety, and supporting testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities at project sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise electrical installation works at project sites.

• Review electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.

• Monitor installation progress and ensure work is completed according to project requirements, schedules, and quality standards.

• Supervise and coordinate electricians, subcontractors, and other site teams.

• Conduct electrical testing, inspection, troubleshooting, and commissioning activities.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to electrical installation and power systems.

• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders for smooth project execution.

• Ensure all electrical works comply with relevant safety standards, electrical codes, and company procedures.

• Prepare installation progress reports, inspection records, and other project documentation.

• Support maintenance and technical improvement activities when required.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (B.E EP/ BTech EP) or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in electrical installation, power projects, site engineering, or project execution.
• Good knowledge of electrical installation, power distribution, power quality, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, single-line diagrams, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Experience in supervising contractors, electricians, and site installation activities.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Good knowledge of electrical safety practices and installation standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or other engineering software is an advantage.
• Willingness to work at project sites and travel when required.
• Knowledge of AVR Systems, Auto Transformers, VFDs, Capacitor Banks, UPS, and Motors is a strong advantage.
