An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Support in fuel supply for the site refueling process.
  • Provide FRC to the field team for fuel supply.
  • Submit PO on the supplier’s portal daily basis.
  • Assist in daily opening/closing/resubmitting PO on the supplier’s portal.
  • Record & report daily refueling data & upload on server.
  • Prepare reports for daily fuel rate monitoring.
  • Check Supplier invoice data on a monthly basis (Twice - 1st and 2nd period)
  • Prepare and submit Monthly invoice data to Energy Management Manager
  • Assist on any additional assignment by Energy Management Manger/Energy Purchase Manager

  • Bachelor Degree Holder
  • Computer literacy (MS office applications, with advance excel skills)
  • Desire to achieve and exceed expectations and take past learnings to improve systems
  • Able to accept change and implement best practice

  • Good problem-solving skills and team spirit
