Responsible for Capital Expenditure Budget (CEB) Program & Capital Project Implementation and also Engineering, Facilities & Utilities Supply/Maintenance Facility.

• As part of the Site Leadership Team, contributes for the effective Site engineering management, Plans resourcing levels and coordinates people (external resources and other functions), including CPMM Engineering team resources to accomplish goals/objectives for Plant performance, reliability, EOH&S and Quality compliance.
• Develops plans and strategies relating to equipment reliability, equipment design and capacity for the Site to support company’s overall business goals and objectives.
• Develops and Manages the Capital expenditure program for the Site and implements specified capital projects (scope, specification,  costing, implementation,  commissioning and validation) in line with business priorities
• Manages Capital Cash Spending for the Site Capital program and updates database monthly for spending 
• Manages Idle Assets Disposition
• Administers Plant Services function including implementing programs for effective utilities supply/maintenance and other facilities, e.g. canteen, gardening, telephone system, wastewater treatment plant, utilities equipment (water system, chiller air compressor, boiler)
• Support safety, environmental and security programs for the sites
• Develops subordinates’ competencies to strengthen their career growth. 
• Assists subordinates to effectively carry out their assignments in areas of maintenance engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical and control system engineering.
• Coordinate with Government / Industrial Estate Authority to ensure the company is complied with the safety and environment regulation. Ensure all regulatory requirements are met  wrt the licensing and operation of Plant equipment including boilers, PSV’s, electrical equipment
• Manage budget for Maintenance, Repair and Operating Supplies in engineering org.
• Support Quality programs implementation and compliance for CPMM
• Support Quality Team in the implementation and compliance for Quality Standards, including areas of Facility Management, Calibration and Cleaning and Sanitization
• Ensure all the quality SOPs are in place and followed and implemented in the areas of Engineering and Utilities – includes electrical, instrumentation, utilities, water systems, and facility management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by immediate supervisor
• Responsible for Capital Expenditure Budget (CEB) Program and Capital Project Implementation 
• Supervise and coach direct subordinates and indirect subordinates (non S&C engineering staff)
• Responsible for Engineering, Facilities and Utilities Supply/Maintenance CPMM Facility.
   

EDUCATION: Bachelor Degree of Engineering in Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or related field.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 8-10 yrs in Engineering, Environmental/Safety or related field.
