Job Description

- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable ERP solutions.

- Conduct requirement gathering, business process analysis, and gap analysis.

- Support ERP implementation, system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.

- Coordinate with customers and project teams to resolve issues and ensure successful project delivery.

- Prepare functional documentation, user manuals, and project reports.

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide timely updates to management.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

- Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes; implementation experience is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.

- Willingness to travel locally or internationally when required.

- Knowledge of banking, distribution, manufacturing, or accounting (LCCI Level 3) is an added advantage.
