Responsible to create event plan, content and event design, event goals and target audiences.
Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Coordinate with vendors to make sure for the event completion.
Arrange event setup, seating, registration, and guest flow.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, IT) and external partners.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events via email, social media, and ads.
Oversee event execution, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations.
Supervise staff, volunteers, and vendors during events.
Gather post-event feedback for improvement.
Maintain relationships with attendees and sponsors for future events.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business and Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3+ years in event planning and preferable to handle the teenagers related event management.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and negotiation skills.
Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Able to communicate in English is preferable.
