Provide administrative support to CFO, including scheduling meetings, maintain and update CFO's daily calendar, managing incoming and outgoing phone calls, preparation of reports, mailing letters, establishing and maintaining electronic and paper files.
Serve as recording secretary to Finance Meetings, and prepare meeting minutes.
Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.

Job Requirements
Relevant Accounting Degree.
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills are a must.
Strong skills in written and verbal communication.
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel. Powerpoint, Outlook.
Basic knowledge and understanding of Office Equipments.
