Design, plan and execute economic and financial research projects aligned with the bank’s strategic goals. Analyze macroeconomic indicators, regulatory developments, and sector trends in Myanmar and globally to assess impacts on the banking industry. Prepare high-quality analytical reports, policy briefs, market outlooks, and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Supervise and mentor research analysts and assist management to maintain strong team performance and professional development. Liaise with Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM), industry associations, and external partners on data exchange, regulatory updates, and market insights. Provide research support for new product development, credit risk assessment, and business expansion strategies. Ensure quality control and accuracy of data sources, methodologies, and final outputs. Monitor and evaluate competitor strategies, customer behavior trends, and digital banking developments. Contribute to knowledge sharing and capacity building within the research team and across departments.

Lead the design executive for CHID basic digital plat forms including social media Oversee print materials including branches, banners, billboards, reports and events. Collaborate closely with marketing team and internal depts and vendor to deliver goals. Ensure consistent brand identity across all platforms in accordance with brand guideline. Mentor and guide junior designers, reviewing and providing feedback on their work. Stay updated on design trends and technology to bring fresh creativity to the bank. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with strong attention to deadlines and quality. Prepare final at work for production and liaise with printing vendors as needed.
Conduct thorough checks of daily, weekly, and monthly CBM and MIS reports to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance. Check and analyze monthly management reports, with a focus on financial data analysis to support insightful decision making and comprehensive operational planning. Review annual financial statements, monitor risk analysis requirements, and conduct analytical assessments of audited reports and management evaluations. Ensure adherence to International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) in all financial reporting and analysis. Coordinate and communicate with relevant departments to collect and consolidate necessary data and information. Lead and complete ad hoc responsibilities as directed by the Supervisor.

1. Manage day to day performance of Talent Acquisition staff and ensure that recruitment and selection policies and guidelines are followed. 2. Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans. 3. Lead employment branding initiatives. 4. Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs. 5. Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.). 6. Ensure that Onboarding Programme or employee retention program are performed as planned 7. Ensure that all recruitment process are on track and accomplished within the standard time frame. 8. Liaison with the relevant departments for the probation assessment process of the employees who will complete the probation (3) months. 9. Perform Exit interview within one week of the submission date of resignation letter. 10. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. 11. Estimate the yearly recruitment budget.
