Assist with Recruitment & Selection functions: both internal & external. List to staff requested, vacancy announcement internal and external, CV collection and maintenance. Prepare with the process, connecting to candidates for interview and document preparation of relevant tasks. Implement job offering process and medical checkup process. Assist in hiring process: Request permission from Management to appoint new staff and announce office order to management and respective departments. Arrange and coordinate for facility arrangement: fingerprint record, ferry services, and other staff facilities etc. Organize and keep personal history forms of new staff, record of R&S documents. Keep personal history files and record the job history of each member of staff. Prepare weekly recruitment progress record. Implement permanent employment process. Assist in promotion exam and interview as and when required. Assist in yearly performance evaluation process. Respective HR duties assigned by section heads and HOD.
(1) Consider and receive estimate and drawing from third party contractor company. (2) Field inspection to completed work for new branches and renovation work. (3) Monitor and report site progress and activities to project team members. (4) Minimize additional site costs wherevers possible. (5) Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications. (6) Negotiation with the contrectors and vemdors for the best price. (7) Field inspection, measurement for collectral land and building. Develop, review, and update the Internal Audit Policy and Internal Audit Manual of the Bank. Assess the bank’s internal control environment view to provide value-adding recommendations to the Senior Management on ways to manage emerging issues or remediate identified weaknesses. Assess the Bank’s internal policies and procedures on whether they are in alignment with the relevant Law and regulations. Assess the Bank’s practices on whether they comply with the established internal policies and procedures. Develop a risk-based assessment method for internal audit by identifying the potential risk to the Bank’ operations. Ensure audit universe sufficiently covers the scope, addresses key risks, and considers expectations of Senior Management and the Board. Ensure the internal audits of all branches and departments are in alignment with the Audit Plan. Conduct proper exit-meetings with the audited branches and departments to communicate with them the findings and suggestions. Regular monitoring of post-audit actions and their results. Prepare the audit reports together with the audit findings, recommendations, root causes, prevention plans, and audit follow up. Present audit reports to Board Audit Committee on a regular-basis. Collaborate with various levels of Management to follow up on the status of remediation. Advise to the Board and Senior Management on improvement initiatives for the Bank’s internal controls and system. Review the internal audit team members’ knowledge & skills and hire competent internal auditors after obtaining approval from the Audit Committee if necessary. Coach, Mentor and Lead internal audit team members by creating an environment that fosters self-development and the development of others. Establish appropriate performance appraisal system and effectively evaluate the performance of Internal Audit team members. Perform other related duties as assigned by CEO and the Audit Committee

Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer Job Summary Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer shall be responsible for the Compliance and the Risk Management of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank under the Direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and/or the Board of Directors of the Bank. Job Detail (Compliance) With regard to “Compliance”, Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer (CCRO) shall perform the following duties and responsibilities; to ensure that Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank is abiding the following in its SOP, Auditing and Risk Management; the policies and procedures to be followed under the Myanmar Financial Institutions Law Regulations, Directives, Instructions and guidelines issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar and to ensure that all functional department of the bank are abiding the applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures to provide technical guidance to all functional departments to enable them to be compliance with such laws, regulations and guidelines to review and analyse the current compliance level, develop the improvement plan, implement the plan with approval of BOD and submit monthly progress report to BOD Job Detail (Risk Management) With regard to "Risk Management" Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer (CCRO) shall perform the following duties and responsibilities; Chief Compliance and Risk Management Officer (CCRO) shall review and analyse existing standard operating procedures, Auditing, Risk Management of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank, and report on Financial Risks and Non-Financial Risks issues To coordinate for measuring and setting the Risk Appetite, Risk Tolerance Level & Risk Management Framework of the Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank Based on the findings, develop and submit Risk Management Work-Plan to improve the existing Policies, Procedures and Products Implement the workplan in coordination with the C level Executives of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank; Chief Executive Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Technology Officer, Chief People Officer. Submit monthly progress report at the monthly BOD Meeting and with the guidance from BOD, implement the Risk Mitigation plan and continuously improve the risk mitigating process In coordination with HR Department, provide knowledge sharing training to create Risk based management culture in all functional departments of Construction, Housing and Infrastructure Development Bank
