Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

To prepare and analyze the BOQ and finalize the costing for tendering process.
To analyzed and compared the supplier’s quotations and subcontractor’s tender submissions to ensure alignment with tender drawings, scope of works and technical specifications.
Report the finalize costing to Commercial Director and Manager.
Negotiate and finalize prices the commercial terms with selected suppliers and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective outcomes.
Prepare and administer subcontract agreements in compliance with project requirements.
Manage material procurement by verifying quality, negotiating discounts with suppliers and controlling project budgets.
Preparing the submitting progress claims to the client and coordinated with project teams to collect progress photo, measurement records and daily work reports for approvals.
Coordinate with project teams and estimate the variation order as per design change.
Checking and certify the subcontractor’s progress claims submission and report to Manager.
Checking the subcontractor’s variation orders (Vos) submission as per design changes and report to Manager the finalized costing and issued the additional agreement.
Responsible for Estimated BOQ and analyze the costing as per the design drawings, scope of works and technical specifications.
Responsible for finalized costing and budget for tendering process.
Responsible to manage the materials planning, as well as contracts to control the project budgets.
Liaising and coordinate with project teams, contractors and suppliers.
To prepare, evaluate and submit the progress claims to the client and coordinated with project teams to collect progress photo, measurement records and daily work reports for approvals.
Responsible to coordinate with project teams and evaluate the variation order as per design changes.
Responsible to check and certify the subcontractor’s progress claims submission and report to Manager.
Responsible to check subcontractor’s variation orders (Vos) submission as per design changes and report to Manager to certify the additional payment.
Ability to visit to project site when necessary.
Assist and report to Commercial Director and Manager.
Leading on juniors, senior and organize with teams.
Have a good relationship, good manner, interpersonal skills, active and coordination with teams.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering of Mechanical and Electrical.
Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in related field in the construction industry.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Strong knowledge of construction.
Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Quantity Surveyor Class, Related Engineering Class and AutoCAD.
Independent working skills, self-motivated, hardworking and team working.
