Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  1. Assist in preparing initial cost estimates, elemental budgets, and project cost analyses
  2. Measure materials, labor, and work items from architectural and engineering drawings to help prepare or check the Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
  3. Support the bidding process by sending inquiries to suppliers/subcontractors, gathering quotations, and running basic rate comparisons

  5. Help compile site progress reports, cost-tracking sheets, and payment applications
  6. Maintain project files, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and organize variation orders or purchase orders.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related construction field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Working knowledge of CAD tools or measurement software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp).
  • Good numerical and analytical skills, attention to detail, clear communication, and willingness to learn
  • minimum 2-3 years experience in construction QS fields
