  • The Secretary provides administrative and secretarial support to the MD and showroom management team.
  • The role is responsible for managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, preparing reports, coordinating communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations within the showroom.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven 5-8 Year experience in administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package 
  • Experience in an automotive dealership or showroom is an advantage.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Chinese language (Speaking, Reading, and Writing)
