Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  1. Plan warehouse and Supply Base facilities maintenance (PM) activities as per SSHE MS and Company Procedure to ensure good condition tools/ equipment and healthy facilities services, activities include;
    • Schedule facilities maintenance plan in preventive maintenance system (PMS) and SAP;
    • Supervise service company for maintenance work e.g., mechanical system, first alarm system inspection as per agreed terms and conditions;
    • Perform routine inspection of standby equipment and maintenance of defected equipment specification, cost estimation; and
    • Maintain and optimize maintenance material stock and report to supervisor for any shortage.
  2. Corrective maintenance (CM) Activities for system shut down;
  3. Assist supervisor/ project team for new Supply Base construction/ renovation if required;
  4. Maintain and provide up-to—date and accurate documents/records/ reports of equipment history and expenditure in computerized database for tracking and work & budget planning;
  5. Propose solutions or initiatives for facilities management to supervisor for further improvement;
  6. Promote the implementation of SSHE rules and regulations in the area of responsibilities

Job Requirements

  • Male only (Age 25 – 45 years)
  • B.E (Mechanical/ Electrical) or Oversea diploma
  • Minimum four (4) year experiences on facilities maintenance, contractor management or relevant functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
  • Able to use Auto CAD software
  • Understand the M & E Drawings
  • Able to work during off-work hour period or weekend
  • Good in both written and spoken English
  • Good in following soft skills; planning, problem solving, collaboration, and communication
  • Training certificates institutes approved by COMPANY in
    • Basic Fire Fighting,
    • Basic First Aid,
    • Job Safety Analysis (JSA)
    • Scaffold Inspection
  • Desirable qualification in PMS & SAP System
