Job Description

  • Lead and manage the entire factory operation, ensuring smooth, efficient, and safe production processes
  • Oversee production planning, workflow, quality control, and machine maintenance
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, reduce costs, and minimize waste
  • Ensure compliance with food safety standards and workplace health regulations
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, logistics, and sales departments
  • Supervise and motivate factory staff, creating a strong and efficient team culture
  • Generate regular reports for upper management and provide operational insights

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Food Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in factory operations (preferably in FMCG or food manufacturing)
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Solid knowledge of production planning, machinery, and food safety standards
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to challenges
  • Good command of English and Burmese (both spoken and written)
