Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen according to food safety standards.
Monitor food storage and stock levels to avoid spoilage and shortages.
Collaborate with other chefs and departments to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Job Requirements
Proven experience as a Chinese Chef or in a similar role.
Deep knowledge of Chinese cuisine and regional specialties.
Culinary certification or equivalent experience preferred.
Ability to work under pressure and in a team environment.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and HACCP.
Creativity and passion for Chinese culinary arts.
Good communication and organizational skills.
