Job Description

A Great Opportunity for ...

  • Factory Operations Management

    • Oversee day-to-day assembly operations of 3-wheelers.

    • Ensure production targets are met in terms of volume, quality, and delivery timelines.

    • Optimize utilization of machines, manpower, and materials.

  • Production Planning & Control

    • Develop and execute production schedules based on demand forecasts.

    • Coordinate with supply chain & procurement for timely availability of parts and materials.

    • Monitor progress and resolve production bottlenecks.

  • Quality Assurance & Standards

    • Implement and maintain quality control systems to ensure assembly meets company and regulatory standards.

    • Work with the Quality Team to minimize defects, rework, and warranty issues.

    • Drive continuous improvement in processes.

  • Manpower & Team Management

    • Lead, train, and motivate production supervisors, technicians, and workers.

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and safety standards.

    • Build a culture of teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.

  • Cost & Efficiency Management

    • Monitor factory expenses, reduce wastage, and improve cost-effectiveness.

    • Implement lean manufacturing practices to increase productivity.

    • Control inventory levels and maintain accurate records.

  • Health, Safety & Compliance

    • Enforce occupational health and safety standards in the workplace.

    • Ensure compliance with local regulations, environmental, and legal requirements.

  • Reporting & Coordination

    • Submit regular reports on production, quality, manpower, and costs to senior management.

    • Coordinate with other departments (Sales, Procurement, HR, Logistics) to support overall business objectives.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Automotive/Industrial Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly operations, preferably in the automotive industry (2-wheeler/3-wheeler/4-wheeler).

  • Proven experience in leading factory or production teams.

  • Strong knowledge of automotive assembly processes, production planning, and quality control systems.

  • Computer Literacy 

  • Good in English.
