Job Description

  • FDA Registration: Handle all product registrations, renewals, and variations with the Myanmar FDA.
  • Dossier Preparation: Review and prepare ACTD dossiers and required documentation accurately.
  • Liaison: Coordinate with foreign principals for data and liaise with FDA officials for smooth approvals.
  • Compliance: Ensure all product labels and packaging meet local FDA regulations.
  • Tracking: Maintain systematic records of all licenses, submissions, and regulatory status.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Medicine (MBBS), Biotechnology, or related Science fields.
  • Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs (FDA process) within a pharmaceutical or medical device company.
  • Skills: Good understanding of Myanmar FDA regulations and ACTD guidelines.
  • Language: Proficient in English (especially written and documentation reading skills).
  • Computer: Strong skills in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Email communication.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to Nay Pyi Taw FDA office when required.
