Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise all works related to assigned projects and ensures that they are executed in accordance with Tower Co’s requirement and standard.
  • Guide and assist teams as and when required on technical issues and best performance teamwork.
  • Coordinate with in and out customers for daily operations.
  • Responsible for the daily operations in the zone to troubleshoot, assign to teams and report back to line manager in each timeline.
  • Plans and follow up Preventive & Corrective Maintenance with teams to implement according to schedule.
  • Monitor, control and follow up the issues found or assigned tasks until it is permanently fixed.
  • Ensures all health and Safety procedures are followed by the team members in the daily operations.
  • Able to travel around the assigned region.
  • Check and guide the teams to keep quality control of the sites according to the Tower Co’s standards.
  • Maintain the sites in the assigned cluster for high NWA.
  • Carry out supervised Preventive Maintenance activities when it is required

Job Requirements

  • Must have experience more than 4 years in the Operations & Maintenance Field of generators and power cabinets .
  • Able to communicate and coordinate between upline and down line.
  • Able to report in English and use Microsoft Office.
  • Able to troubleshoot with laptop for software configuration to controllers of DG and Power Cabinets.
  • Must have bachelor’s degree related to Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
  • Ability to cope 24*7 O&M if required.
