- Checking and make the petty cash payment.
- Keep updated and following up the estimate, actual quotation, reports and third party with Internal Team for the ATOM, Premier and Grand Royal Projects.
- Updated Overdue, Outstanding and Bank Payment in Excel.
- Following up the overdue payment with the clients and prepare the documents to collect the money.
- Record the service JV and Bank Payment in Tally Software.
- Prepare required documents for the Audit
- Prepare the require documents to submit FESC and MTO2 for the foreign payment transfer.
- Reporting and Assisting to Seniors.

Job Requirements
- At Least 3 to 4 years experience as a Finance Officer or similar role
- Solid knowledge of financial and accounting procedures
- Experience using financial software
- Advanced MS Excel skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English.
