•    Accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.
•    Maintain and strengthen internal controls over financial reporting
•    Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.
•    Take a lead of the finance team well and think for the whole team improvement.
•    Communicate with all departments well and can solve the problems.
•    Review and approve annual budget, quarterly forecast, monthly financial and management reports and weekly rolling forecast company.
•    Oversee the issuance of financial information.
•    Review accounting policies and accounting manual.
•    Monitor cash balances and cash forecast.
•    Develop financial and tax strategies.
•    Prepare tax returns regarding various matters within the company.
•    Develop performance measures that support the company’s strategic direction.
•    Communicate well and maintain relations with outside teams such as the auditor, legal consultant, and etc. well and solve the problems in the most effective way with least impact on the company.
•    Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
•    Ensure that record keeping meets the requirements of auditors and government agencies
 

•    Bachelor of Accounting or B.Com or B.A.S
•    CPA with at least 3 years of experience with Banking Industry and financial reporting
•    International accounting and issue recognition experience
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity
•    Ability to execute and follow-through to completion and documentation
•    Ability to perform the tasks effectively
•    Excellent interpersonal skills
•    Leadership skills with Team Spirit
•    Ability to communicate effectively, both in English and Myanmar
