Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Officer to manage our financial operations and ensure accurate reporting. In this role, you will handle a variety of financial tasks, from preparing reports to managing accounts and analyzing costs. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports.
  • Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of payments from customers.
  • Manage accounts payable, including vendor payments and expense tracking.
  • Ensure accurate and timely posting of all financial transactions.
  • Maintain precise records of all financial information.
  • Coordinate with chefs for accurate weekly and monthly inventory reporting.
  • Analyze the cost of goods sold (COGS) and operational expenses, identifying areas for cost reduction.
  • Collaborate with management to implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.
  • Assist in providing financial and company information for catering proposals.
  • Manage vendor and supplier relationships, negotiating terms and pricing.
  • Coordinate with auditors and tax officers for auditing and tax assessments.
