1.         Financial Management & Control

1.1.       Oversee accounting, finance, treasury and taxation functions

1.2.       Ensure accuracy of financial records and internal controls

1.3.       Monitor cash flow , working capital and liquidity

2.         Financial Reporting

2.1.       Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements

2.2.       Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements

2.3.       Coordinate with auditors and regulatory authorities

3.         Budgeting & Forecasting

3.1.       Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes

3.2.       Monitor budget utilization and analyze variances

3.3.       Provide financial insights for management decision making

4.         Strategic & Business Support

4.1.       Act as a strategic partner to the MD and Management team

4.2.       Evaluate investment opportunities and business risks

4.3.       Support business expansion and cost optimization

5.         Tax & Compliance

5.1.       Ensure timely and accurate tax filling and payment

5.2.       Manager tax planning and minimize tax risks

5.3.       Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations

6.         Team Leadership

6.1.       Lead, develop and motivate the finance team

6.2.       Set KPIs and evaluate team performance

6.3.       Build a strong finance governance culture

Qualification Required    : B.Act, B.Com , Master’s degree in finance , Accounting or related field
    :Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA ) preferred
