Job Description

  • Route Optimization: Plan and execute efficient routes for goods delivery and staff transportation to ensure timely operations.
  • GPS & Fleet Monitoring: Track and monitor real-time vehicle locations and movements using the GPS Tracking System.
  • Vehicle Maintenance & Safety: Schedule and supervise routine inspections and maintenance to maintain fleet readiness, reliability, and safety standards.
  • Driver Roster Management: Manage driver duty rosters, schedules, and shift rotations effectively.
  • Fuel Management: Monitor, calculate, and manage fuel consumption rates to optimize costs and prevent wastage.
  • Log Sheet Verification: Review and verify daily vehicle log sheets and movement records accurately.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any field. (Diploma or Certificate in Fleet Management or Automotive Technology is required).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in a related fleet or transport management role.
  • Age: 28 to 35 years old.
  • Driving License: Must hold a valid driving license.
  • IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and professional email communication.
