Hire well-performing drivers, and monitor their attendance and behavior.
Schedule Drivers and Assistants with the vehicle.
Reduce vehicle breakdown that happened by driver falses.
Secure the fleet’s compliance with applicable regulations.
Report fleet performance and disciplines to upper management.
Coach to reduce accidents and control the driving behavior of divers.
Perform any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
Any Bachelor Degree, Prefered Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Manangement
Minimum 2 or 3 years of experience in logistics/fleet management
Experience of relationship bulid with workshops is needed.
Strong Leadership and Problem-solving capabilities.
