Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

Monitor daily Fresh Food & Production operations to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
Coordinate with suppliers, distribution centers, and internal teams to ensure efficient product sourcing, processing, and timely delivery.
Support quality control activities to maintain product freshness, safety, and consistency.
Prepare and maintain daily operational reports covering production, shipment status, inventory, and employee performance.
Follow up on procurement activities, Purchase Orders (POs), and Delivery Orders (DOs).
Coordinate urgent and special orders to ensure smooth and timely operations.
Monitor employee attendance, overtime (OT), and manpower allocation.
Identify operational issues, including product damage, delivery delays, and stock shortages, and coordinate corrective actions with QC/QA teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and filing for operational tracking and management reporting.
Provide administrative and operational support to the Fresh Food & Production Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
At least 3 years of supervisory experience in Fresh Food, Food Production, Manufacturing, or FMCG.
Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in production planning and inventory management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work in AungBan Township, Shan State.
