Purchasing & Asset Control Audit engineering-related purchases to ensure items match approved specifications and quantities. Reporting & Compliance Maintain clear audit records, checklists, and photo evidence. Prepare summary reports on findings, risks, and improvement recommendations. Plan and manage member-exclusive campaigns, promotions, and rewards.( Especially City Rewards) Analyze customer data, segmentation, and loyalty performance metrics. Oversee loyalty app/CRM platforms and ensure a smooth user experience. Coordinate with Marketing, E-Commerce, Category, Finance, and Operations teams. Monitor KPIs such as member growth, redemption rate, repeat purchase rate, and campaign ROI. Handle customer feedback and ensure continuous improvement of the loyalty experience. Continuously analyze and improve the loyalty program structure, benefits, and reward mechanics.
