The main purpose of this position is to manage, maintain, support, and monitor business applications and AMS function service delivery matters. Key Responsibilities To manage daily AMS system and need to provide first-level issues. Record the solution in documentation or create SOP for business requirements. Key Responsibilities 1. Last-Mile Delivery Operations Manage end-to-end last-mile delivery from dispatch to successful delivery Oversee both express (rider-based) and scheduled/slot delivery (truck-based) operations Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery performance Monitor delivery turnaround time (TAT) and SLA compliance 2. Fleet & Rider Management Manage daily operations of riders (express/same-day delivery) and delivery trucks/vans (scheduled & bulk/slot delivery) Plan manpower and fleet allocation based on order volume and delivery type Monitor performance: productivity, utilization, attendance Handle operational issues (delays, breakdowns, complaints) Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and service quality 3. Route Planning & Capacity Optimization Plan and optimize delivery routes for both dynamic routing (riders) and planned routes (truck slot deliveries) Manage delivery zoning, batching, and order clustering Optimize fleet utilization and reduce cost per delivery Balance load between riders and trucks based on order profile 4. 3PL & Delivery Vendor Coordination Manage relationships with 3PL partners Monitor vendor SLA performance and cost efficiency Resolve delivery failures, delays, and escalations Support onboarding and performance evaluation of logistics partners 5. Returns & Reverse Logistics Manage return pickups via riders or scheduled truck routes Coordinate with warehouse and customer service for smooth processing Reduce return cycle time and improve customer experience Analyze delivery-related return issues 6. Process Improvement & Automation Identify inefficiencies in routing, dispatching, and fleet utilization Improve dispatch planning for peak and campaign periods Support system enhancements (routing tools, tracking systems) Ensure SOP compliance across all delivery modes 7. Delivery Performance Monitoring Track and analyze KPIs such as: On-time delivery (express vs scheduled) Failed/returned deliveries Fleet utilization (riders & trucks) Cost per order / per drop Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities 8. Cross-functional Collaboration Work closely with Warehouse, Customer Service, and IT teams Align delivery capacity with campaign forecasts and sales spikes Ensure clear communication on delivery timelines and constraints
Lead the drawing team, ensuring high-quality engineering designs and technical drawings for expansion projects. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings and plans. Coordinate effectively with site contractors to ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met. Review and verify all engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and other team members. Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports. Act as a liaison between design teams, contractors, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
