Coordinate procurement, issuance, and handover of IT equipment (laptop, desktop, printer, etc.). Monitor asset movement, stock balance, and conduct periodic physical checks. Coordinate with IT team for asset setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Prepare monthly asset and inventory reports. Ensure proper documentation for asset transfer, replacement, and disposal. Support general administrative functions when required.
