Lead the drawing team, ensuring high-quality engineering designs and technical drawings for expansion projects. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of drawings and plans. Coordinate effectively with site contractors to ensure that project timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements are met. Review and verify all engineering designs to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Provide technical guidance and support to contractors and other team members. Manage project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project reports. Act as a liaison between design teams, contractors, and project management to ensure smooth project execution.
To support the merchandising group to develop quality products at the cost- effective way with the right suppliers Work with suppliers on new and up-coming products Define objective for store audits & competitor surveys Resolving problems with quality in the product development Inventory level management, manage supplier relationship Generate sale, profit, and operating income to achieve company’s budget. Responsible in purchasing and sourcing assortment. Investigate the market price and dealing with suppliers. Supervise, coach and support the merchandising team with an aim to ensure efficient and productive daily operations.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and activities. Coordinate promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives. Support the development of marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media content, etc.). Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Work closely with sales and other departments to support business objectives. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications. Support budget tracking and administrative marketing tasks.
Manage and control company fixed assets (recording, tagging, tracking, disposal). Maintain updated fixed asset register and documentation. Coordinate procurement, issuance, and handover of IT equipment (laptop, desktop, printer, etc.). Monitor asset movement, stock balance, and conduct periodic physical checks. Coordinate with IT team for asset setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Prepare monthly asset and inventory reports. Ensure proper documentation for asset transfer, replacement, and disposal. Support general administrative functions when required.
Initiative for the new project, such as the new store layout Prepare the materials order for new stores, excluding the fresh area for all channels Manage useful business reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data Analyze the space productivity report periodically Provide professional support and advice to Line Managers, Merchandising Team, and Operations Team Work within the given timeline and report on time Any additional duties that may occasionally arise
Accountable for end-to-end HR services and practices that will support the strategic growth of the business. Provide both strategic and tactical support to line managers on any employment issue, conflict resolution, and HR process while ensuring that the teams are fully compliant with employment legislation. Lead end-to-end resource planning, including budget planning and recruitment. Proactively review and manage employee benefit programs to enhance productivity and add value to business objectives. Working together with the Learning Institute team to continuously improve the skills and capability development initiatives. Implement people strategies and initiatives that will drive productivity and communication.
